Shipping Method

SHADE-OFF delivers parcels worldwide via DHL Express or GLS. All orders are processed within 1 business day. However, during sales periods, orders may be slightly delayed due to excessive order volumes. SHADE-OFF will not be held responsible for a delay in shipping caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances outside of SHADE-OFF's control. Once orders are dispatched, they can no longer be cancelled and changing the delivery address is no longer possible, please ensure you enter a correct address at checkout. Once you receive your parcel, you can request a return within 14 days of you (or someone nominated by you, other than the carrier) receiving the goods.

Orders

SHADE-OFF offers its services exclusively for its own Clients. The products on sale on the website shade-off.com are destined to the Final Customer. By “Final Customer” we mean person or persons who do not operate their own entrepreneurial nor professional activities that may include but not limited to the re-sale of merchandise purchased at shade-off.com. Therefore, SHADE-OFF requests Users who are not considered a “Final Customer” to get in touch using the re-seller section for business inquiries. In regard to the commercial policy described above, SHADE-OFF reserves the right to not process orders from persons that are not the Final Customer and any other orders that are not in conformity with the said commercial policies. SHADE-OFF reserves the right to decline to process an order and/or offer services to anyone at any time. SHADE-OFF reserves the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client's bank. SHADE-OFF reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond our control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and SHADE-OFF will be completed when we email you that the goods have been dispatched. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of SHADE-OFF. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and withdraw isn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Policy. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from SHADE-OFF whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on SHADE-OFF, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfill an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.

Available items

Orders for items in stock, subject to confirmation of availability and verification of the bank transaction, will be processed the next working day after the order is placed. The amount of transactions made by credit card will be paid only when the order is processed. Please note that during seasonal sales and promotional sales, delays in processing the order may occur.

Pre-Order Items

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time that is stated on the item's purchase page. In case the merchandise in pre-order fails in delivery, SHADE-OFF will promptly inform and refund customers. SHADE-OFF will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of SHADE-OFF that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified on the product's purchase page. In pre-order purchases credit cards are debited at the moment the order is placed. Regarding order with available items and pre-orderable items, shipment will happen in 2 different phases, Available merchandise will be shipped with standard shipping methods and Pre-orderable items will be shipped right after items are available in stock.

Pre-order item

A pre-order is a reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be available soon. Pre-order items are shipped when the products arrive in stock within the time specified on the item's purchase page. In the event that pre-order goods are not delivered, SHADE-OFF will promptly inform and refund customers. SHADE-OFF will not be held responsible for a delay in shipping caused by circumstances beyond SHADE-OFF's control that cause the pre-order products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified on the product's purchase page. For pre-order purchases, credit cards are charged when the order is placed. For orders with in-stock items and pre-order items, shipping will occur in 2 different phases, in-stock goods will be shipped with standard shipping methods and pre-order items will be shipped immediately after the items are available in stock.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed within 24/48 hours from Monday to Friday, on working days excluding holidays. Once shipped, the arrival time of packages may vary from country to country.

Shipping costs Italy : €9 (free over €100)
Shipping times Italy : approximately 1-2 working days (excluding Italian Islands which may require 2-3 working days).

Shipping costs Europe: €19 (free over €200)
Shipping times Europe: approximately 2-3 working days.

Countries included: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Shipping costs North America and United States FILA: €49 - approximately 4-5 working days.

Countries included: Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Canary Islands, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Island, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, United States, Turkey.

Reimbursement

In case the customer requests a refund for the returned item(s), the credit note will be issued after the package is returned to our warehouse and only after the item(s) has been quality checked. The refund process will take 10 days from the arrival of the item(s) in the warehouse. Any currency changes during the return period will not be refunded. Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the original card used during payment. The refunded amount will be available within the next statement. This may vary depending on banks and credit providers, it may take up to 30 working days.

Return Terms and Conditions

Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging along with all materials received with the item(s) (dust bags, covers, etc.). The item(s) must be undamaged, unwashed, unworn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. Briefs, swimwear and knickers must be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip, otherwise they will not be accepted. This is for hygiene reasons. We will not accept returns that have been worn or soiled. If the item does not meet these requirements, the item will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. All products are inspected in the warehouse for defects. However, if a customer receives an item that is not in its original condition, please contact support@shade-off.com . We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on shade-off.com as accurately as possible. However, because computer, tablet and mobile device monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
